"Bruhhhh," Elliot groaned, leaning his head back and staring at the ceiling for a moment. He yawned and shifted in his spot, his body leaning closer to Havyn. "How can y'all even watch this? It's no where near as good as the original movie or musical." "I watch it for s---s and giggles, because why not?" Eloise said, giggling as they glanced at Elliot for a moment.
-
Havyn noticed and smiled. "It's just for laughs."
-
"Still- I can barely stand this," Elliot muttered, rolling his eyes as a musical number comes on. "Oh my f---ing God-" Eloise burst out laughing, covering their mouth with their hand. "It's your favorite song, Eli!" "f--- off," he mumbled, covering his ears. "Makes me want to claw my skin off, it's so bad." Eloise giggled, turning back to the movie. "C'mon, it's not terrible."
-
Havyn laughed. "It's ok Elliot." She ruffled his hair so it covered his face and blocked his eyesight. "There, now you can't see it."
-
Elliot flushed red at the contact, a small smirk appearing on his face. "Thanks," he muttered. He let out a groan when he heard Cady start to sing 'Stupid With Love', a feigned pained expression on his face. "Worst version of the song ever." "Chill, dude, it's really not that bad," Eloise replied, giggling.
-
Havyn laughed. "Dude, relax."
-
"Yeah, relax," Eloise said, drawing out their words. "And shut up, I'm trying to watch the movie." Elliot groaned softly as he fixed his hair, leaning his head back against the couch. He snuck a glance at Havyn, watching her for a moment with a small smile on his face.
-
Havyn eventually noticed, blushing slightly. "What're you doing?" She asked, smiling back.
-
Elliot flushed red, turning away quickly. "Sorry, I uh-" He stood, running a hand through his hair. "I need to use the restroom, I'll- I'll be right back." "Okay, but I'm not pausing the movie for you!" Eloise replied, watching him walk off for a moment before looking away. "Whatever, I don't care." He walked off, heading towards the bathroom.
-
"No wait, it's fine-" By she time she finished her sentence, he was already gone.
-
"He won't mind," Eloise said with a short chuckle, turning back to the movie. "God, Janis is so hot," they added, smirking playfully. "One of the many reasons why I want to play her in a production of Mean Girls." Elliot shut the door of the bathroom, sitting down on the closed toilet. He covered his face with his hands, exhaling shakily. Why? Why did I do that?? Why am I- so drawn to her??
-
Havyn laughed. "Janis is just... She's too good for this world." She agreed.
-
"Literally," Eloise replied with a smile, giggling. "She's just like me, to be honest. I'm surprised her character isn't based off me." They joked playfully, chuckling as they turned their attention back to the movie. Elliot exhaled as stood and flushed the toilet, to pretend like he actually did use the restroom. He walked over to the sink and turned it on, sticking his hands in the stream. He took another deep breath to calm down as he brought his wet hands to his face, rubbing his eyes and face. I need to stop these thoughts, whatever they are. Too confusing... He sighed as he dried his hands on a nearby towel, opened the door and walked out of the bathroom, going back to the couch. "Welcome back, you missed the best part," Eloise teased, smirking as they pointed at the screen. "It's our girl, Renee~"
-
Havyn laughed. "The best actor ever." She looked at Elliot with a small smile.
-
"Well, she's clearly not that good if I've never heard of her," Elliot teased, sitting down on the far end of the couch to Havyn's right. I just- need to distance myself a bit... "Shut up, you just have weird tastes in actors and actresses," Eloise retorted, chuckling.
