"What's the first thing you need to get?" Ernest asked.

‘Eggs.’

"Alright, lets go find some."

Mahina nodded. There were market stalls set up in the town square.

Ernie found a market with eggs. "Here, found some!"

Mahina smiled and followed him.

Ernest checked the prices. "Is that good?"

‘Yep,’ Mahina said. She pulled out some money from her pouch. ‘One dozen, please,’ she said to the seller, giving him the money.

"Of course!" The seller said, handing her a carton. "Have a great day!"

Mahina nodded with that kind of smile you give a teacher you don’t really like, turned away and put the eggs in her satchel.

Ernie noticed and chuckled. "What was that for?" He asked once the seller was too far away to hear.

‘What was what for?’ Mahina asked.

"That face you made when the guy gave you your eggs."

Mahina rolled her eyes. ‘C’mon, next on the list is milk. It doesn’t get delivered to a house so far in the woods.’
