Chester smiled. ‘We’ll get takeout. The place we’re going is far more romantic than some restaurants.’

"Oooooo, how charming." Jayden said in a teasing voice.

Chester raised an eyebrow, smirking slightly. ‘Is that a bad thing, Celeste?’

"No. Just on brand for you, beautiful." Jayd laughed.

Chester hooked a finger under his chin. ‘If you say so.’

Jayden blushed. "Preeetty sure this is proving my point." He said with a chuckle.

‘I don’t care,’ Chester murmured. He stopped walking and kissed him. He also didn’t care they were in the street, and that it was a very good kiss that everybody could see. All that mattered was Jayden.

Jayd blushed, closing his eyes and kissing him back. A couple of the townspeople did a double take as they walked.

Chester closed his eyes. He wrapped his arms around Jayden’s waist.

Jayden wrapped his arms around Chester's neck.

Chester held him close. After a bit longer he broke the kiss. ‘I love you.’

Jayd opened his eyes slowly. "I love you too." He grinned.

Chester opened his eyes. He smiled .

Jayden grinned, pulling away slightly so they could walk to whatever restaurant Chester chose.

Chester pulled him closer to him as he walked. He looked around. ‘This one,’ he said, pointing to a restaurant. ‘Best place in the city. I can’t pronounce the name, though. It’s French.’
