Jayden walked in, coughing for a second. "Sorry." He chuckled, looking around. "Where are the flowers?"

Chester rolled his eyes with a laugh and opened a cupboard. There were a bunch of small packets full of seeds. ‘In here.’ He pulled out some red rose seeds and looked for other colours.

Jayden found blue and green.

Chester smiled and grabbed some yellow ones.

Jayden found some orange ones.

Chester got the purple. He grabbed two spades and pulled on some gloves.

Jayden got some gloves on as well. He didn't like the feeling of gloves, and would rather work with his bare hands, but he supposed it'd be easier to just put the gloves on than to spend a lifetime washing his hands.

Chester kissed the side of his head. He grabbed his hand and held the seeds and shovels with his spare, which was a handful but it was fine so long as he was close to his boyfriend, and walked out of the shed.

Jayden chuckled. "I can take some."

‘Nah, it’s okay,’ Chester grinned. He walked back to the flower bed and set the seeds on the edge.

Jayden grabbed a spade, very excited.

Chester chuckled. ‘So, what do we want to do? Like a line of all the colours, forming a rainbow, or like, make it so they’re all scattered..’

Jayden was thinking of doing a line of all the colors, but the scattered idea sounded fun too. "Maybe the scattered one? If you don't mind?"

‘Of course,’ Chester said with a grin. He was about to say something incredibly cheesy but stopped himself, and just ruffled Jayden’s hair.

Nooo what was he going to sayyyy. Jayden grinned before opening one of the seed packets.
