(I just got a random boost of motivation)
The boy held out his hand to help AG up. 'My name is Alexi-Gray,' he said with a smile. The girl in the puffy dress had a bright smile that slightly creeped AG out. How could anyone be that happy?
'I'm Lexi-Gracie,' she said happily, holding out her hand to shake. AG eyed her hand and didn't shake it. Disheartened a little, Lexi-Gracie returned her arm to her side. The other person didn't speak. They had their eyes glued to their tablet, their fingers running along he screen as if they were drawing something.
'Well, this has been fun,' AG said sarcastically. 'But I gotta go back to my violin practise. Can I go back to my room, now?'
Alexi-Gray grimaced. 'You can, but it's... difficult. First, we need your help communicating with the other mindspaces,' he explained, 'We need you to walk up to a wall, then clear your mind of any thoughts. Think of a door, with people on the other side.'
AG stared at him. 'What will that do?' she asked skeptical.
'It should create a door, so we can see the other mindspaces,' chirped Lexi-Gracie.
AG sighed. 'And I get to go home after?' she asked. The two nodded. The other continued to stare at their tablet. AG gritted her teeth and walked over to a wall. 'This is crazy,' she muttered, then closed her eyes.
She had done yoga with her mum before, so she could clear her mind of all thoughts easily. She then thought if her bedroom door, the white chipped paint, the creak it made whenever it opened...
Then it appeared. AG opened her eyes and screamed. 'Oh my god,' she whispered, jumping backwards. Lexi-Gracie squealed with glee.
'It worked!' the Czech girl exclaimed, running over in excitement, the other two following.
'Amazing,' Alexi-Gray muttered. Even the other person, who has been staring at their tablet the whole time, looked surprised.

The glitched-out door almost instantly becomes solid in front of xyr eyes, freaking xem out, but indicating that they had succeeded. Summer becomes even more startled when a loud crash comes from behind xem, and a frazzled-looking ego is seen lying at the bottom of the stairs. “Screw these f---ing wings, everybody shut up-” The purple-winged ego hisses at nothing in particular, so xe could only guess that they were talking to someone through their mind.
Another ego comes down next, who is carefully ducking so that they don’t hit their head on the ceiling. “Quit talking to your reincarnations, you’re going to freak our creator out.” They growled, earning a glare from the frazzled ego. “I didn’t ask you, Creator. So shut your mouth.”
Creativity comes back with Isa and a new face, who is fidgeting with their fingerless gloves and staring at the ground. They also have a bright purple aura radiating off of them, which seemed to be affecting Isa a bit. “We’re missing 4 people. Has anyone bothered to check in with Ghost? You know he can’t get down the stairs easily.” Isa questioned, glancing around at the large group. The purple-winged ego raised xyr hand. “Ghost said that he would be down in a minute. Stray also said that it was trying to find its mask, but it said that it would also be here soon. I don’t know about Captian or Buddy though.”
As if on cue, two similar-looking egos appear in a flash of blue light next to the sides, with one of them holding the crystal on their wrist, and the other looking dizzy. The space-looking one quickly signs something that Summer isn’t able to comprehend, since xyr sign language was rusty, but it seemed like they were apologizing about something. The dizzy one glitches out madly for a few seconds before fixing themself, landing on their normal all-black outfit.
“So…are we going to open the doors or what?” Creativity said in xyr left ear, scaring xem again. God, xe needs to get used to that. “Let's wait a few seconds, maybe the other mindspaces will want to come through first. Besides, we have enough room to bring in more people, so it would be best for them to come here.” -

Courtney stared at the door, awkward silence filling the room. "Are you going to open it...?" Willow said, drawing Courtney's attention from the door. "Oh... Right!" She said with a nervous laugh. Karentina rolled her eyes. Courtney opened the door hesitantly and looked through. -
