Koa was keeping up with the creature just fine, though occasionally stumbling when a branch got caught on their foot. Koa had to suppress an urge to call out to the creature, as if it understood what they were saying. The language barrier is too great. Plus, Koa would feel silly talking to a creature.

Stormy looks at her surroundings as she follows the others, in awe of the forest, in its natural beauty. she adjusts the straps on her bag, getting so many ideas for new artwork.

George nodded in agreement to what Windy said, reluctantly following the creature with the other two. They tried to keep up with the creature, but they soon realized they were much slower than they initially thought, falling behind.
-
Miss Windy, who was used to being a nimble and graceful person, found herself put to shame by the odd creature before her. It passed through the woods with such ease that she began to doubt her own abilities. At least she'd be able to write about this strange encounter, if nothing else.

(Bonking for abnormal)

Ezmar grunted, standing there impatiently, waiting for the creature to disappear. They usually were intolerant and scared of these creatures, however, this one was not a big deal for them.
-
The odd creature led them thought the forest to the base of a rocky cliff, stopping on a rock to wait for the humans to catch up with a seemingly annoyed look on his muzzle. Once all of the humans had arived, he stabbed his spear into a crack in the cliff, causing a hidden hatch to open, showing the insides of some sort of advanced ship.
Stripes darted inside, avoiding the various wires and broken bits of metal that where strune about the floor, heading over to the console at the front. Sitting on the ground in front of the console was a small, heavily damaged, humanoid robot. Stripes stared at it for a moment, before pressing a few buttons, causingbthe lights in the ship and the small floating robots around the humanoid one to come online.
Echos Over Tides slowly powered on, damage reports flickering in their vision as they slowly sat up. Disconnected arm...broken antenna....damaged power cells....missing neuron flies...damaged antigav generator...
A few holographic screens flickered to life in front of them, and then vanish as they shift their attention to the humans, just watching them as the small flying robots cirle the group, running scans on them and their electronics -
Koa knew they should be wary, they had no idea if these were malevolent or benevolent forces. Koa shifted into a defensive stance, ready, if attacked. That, or make a break for it the second they feel threatened. They puff out their chest, and stands up straighter, guessing the small flying robots were sizing them up, and Koa wanted to look intimidating to possible foe but perhaps a friend...
-
Stormy gasps at the sight of the flying robots. she looks around, studying the room with her eyes. trying not to grin, she also studies the robots circling the groups heads.
-
The bluenette shrank back from the flying bots, staring at them with an unsure look displayed on his face as they flew around them all. He had no idea what their intentions were, but he prayed and hoped that they were not going to attack him. George quietly cursed to himself in Spanish, twirling the bracelet on his arm. "...Do you think they'll attack us..?" He muttered to the others, cutting off his string of curse words in the process.

Miss Windy watched the flying robots with a wary eye, keeping her distance. "I don't know. They seem curious for now," she said in a quiet voice, before noticing that a humanoid robot was watching.
"Oh!" she softly exclaimed in surprise, her expression softening when she saw the damage done to it. "Oh.." -
Ezmar glanced at the flying robots, a little concerned. "Well, it does not look like they will attack us... at least for now."
-
The small flying drones take particular interest in Miss Windys bag, before they abruptly fly back to the robot, now drifting in lazy rings around it. It sits up a little straighter, lines of code flashing across the screens that acted as its "eyes", before the lights on its antenna lit up and a soft, almost child like male voice rang out
"Can.....are my words Reaching? You?"
The little feline creature seemed to calm, hearing its companion speak, before it hopped off the console and headed over to a small nest of moss and leaves -
