Ok so basically DLE is really shady and evil so they have to sneak in and destroy it from the inside

The DLE was founded by Shoko Tyodo, A tyrant of the multiverse, to "protect the weak" but he was really doing experiments on his soldiers to make them cat-looking super soldiers to take over the multiverse and reform it into his own personal Utopia. Quinn found out about this and left to form his own vigilante group which has one member right now, his partner, Oleander
