C1 is a reporter, on an undercover mission to expose the unethical experiments the government has been preforming, and in this quest they managed to find the location of one of the top secret labs.
Unfortunately, C1 underestimated the security around those labs, and was captured and forced to participate in those experiments, becoming soul bound to C2.
C2 is a strange being, that fell from the stars years ago and landed on our planet, only to immediately be imprisoned by our government. C2 has been trying to escape, to return to the heavens it fell from, and in a desperate attempt to communicate has been trying to find a human to soul bond with. This hasn't gone so well, as the scientists that imprisoned it kept forcing it to soul bond with humans that could not survive the process, leaving them as violent and feral husks.
Now bound together, C2 requests C1s help with escaping, promising to help C1 reveal the governments crimes in return -

one question, does my character gotta be human?

Name:it does not have one, as it never needed a name before now, and will respond to almost anything.
Age: unknown, but seems to be fairly young
Gender/Pronouns: unknown/they-it
Species: it claims to be a 'Star Born Lord'
Appearence:
Personality: shy, but loud. It is very naive, and doesn't understand humans very well.
Skills: telepathy, is surprisingly knowledgeable about the biology of most earth creatures, and can read the stars like a map
Extras: the skull and spine on this creature do not appear to be its own, and are instead grafted on top of the creatures pre existing body. Similarly, at least two sets of its arms, and its tail appear to grafted onto the creature's body. As a result, it is uncertain as to the nature of this creature's biology, and how it fagitated.
It has been noted that the creature is extremely defensive of the inside of the skull, which appears to be filled with a sea of stars. Additionally, while the beings body is icy cold, its wings are constantly warm, increasing in temperature when the creature becomes adgitated. The luminescent 'eye' rings that adorn the beasts body seem to be the creature's true eyes, as it will react to anything that happens in front of them. -
