"I-" Clay stuttered. "I'm throwing this time-" He said in a desperate attempt to get off-topic.
Karl gave George a look that screamed 'Is he serious?' -
George pressed his lips into a thin line, shrugging.
"I'm forcing Karl to take a break," Nick stated. "And I don't think George even wants to play, so." -
"Hey, I-" Karl paused for a moment. "Okay fine-"
Clay nodded and sighed as he spun around and started to walk back over to their stuff. -
George sighed, watching Clay go away. "He's worse than me-"

"What do you mean?" Karl asked.

"Never mind," George said, shaking his head. "What are we doing now? Should we just go home?"
"I mean, we could just wait a sec and keep playing," Nick suggested. -
Karl picked up his water and took another sip. "What time is it? I'm hungry, for once-"

"Uh," George looked up. "Judging by the placing of the sun, I would assume it's time to get a f---ing watch-" He said playfully.

Karl laughed. "What time was it when we left?" He asked.

"I dunno," George said with a shrug. "I was sleeping the entire day-"
"About noon," Nick stated, chuckling. -
"Lemme go get my phone-" Kar said as he stood up. A wave of dizziness washed over him and he stumbled back. "Woah-"

"Yeah, no," Nick said, quickly standing up as well and wrapping his arms around Karl.
"I'll go check," George said, heading towards the blanket. -
"But I can-" Karl quietly protested.
Clay glanced up at George and then quickly back down at his phone. -
"Just take a breather," Nick said softly, holding Karl close.
George crouched down, grabbing his phone and checking the time. "About four!" He yelled over to the couple, sitting down on the blanket. -
Karl was going to resist even more but just felt happy in Sapnap's arms. "Okay!" He called back.
Clay stayed silent and shifted his gaze to the water.
