Her eyes widened slightly, her pupils dilated.
Usagi..
Rei..
Ami..
Mako..
Minako..
They were… the sailor guardians..?
Claiara's chest heaved up and down as she tried to steady her heavy breathing. Teardrops poked their unwanted selves into the corners of her light red eyes.
She had to get away from here before the same thing happened to her. Before her true identity was revealed to the world. -

They laughed darkly. "There will be a time we'll hunt you down........" they said. It was the next day. "ugh. my head hurts." Usagi said. "Shut up Usagi!" Rei yelled. "Everyone we just expose our identities to the world." Ami said. -

When Claiara spotted the girls the next day, she gasped and tried to stay out of their sight in case they still had darkness inside of them.

Rei sensed somebody near them. "WHO GOES THERE!?" She yelled. R-Rei b-be careful. W-we don't want to scare them." Ami said sounding half corrupted.

Claiara's feet ran her over to a bush. Her body was moving, but her mind was not.
She ducked down beneath the bush, the girl's in her line of sight. Claiara prayed that they wouldn’t see her. -
Ami heard something. "I know you're there. So there's no use of hiding." She said.

Oh s---!
Claiara’s mind raced with different scenarios as to how this would go down.
1. She would die.
2. She would get caught.
3. Probably all of the above.
She stayed in the bush. Maybe her friend, Ami, wouldn’t know where Claiara was hiding. -
Ami laughed. "I know you're hiding behind a bush watching us." She said flatly.

If she thought her heart was racing before, Claiara’s heart was now doing millions of somersaults every second.
"OHHH, hey guysss," Claiara exclaimed, popping up from behind the bush. She laughed nervously. “I didn’t know you were here!" -
"O-oh really?" Ami said as an eye turned red. Rei nodded. Usagi grabbed her bag. "Let's go to the arcade." Mako said smiling.

"O-oh, I really don’t think I can do that at the moment.” Claiara said, declining their invite. She had taken note of the sudden transition of Ami’s pretty eyes. They had turned from innocent blue to a dangerous red, indicating that she might still be corrupted. "I have… stuff to do. Sorry."

Ami nodded and politely took her hand. "You can join us at anytime." She responded to her.

Claiara nodded and gave her friend a weak smile before rushing away. The aching in her chest didn’t matter, nor did the screams of fear her mind was violently throwing at her soul.
“No, don't do it! You're going to get corrupted!" Claiara’s inner voice warned, exasperated.
But she didn’t care.
She would save her friends.
