c1 and c2 have been together, until their parents divorced when they were very tiny, about 4 years old. c1 went with their dad, and c2 went with their mom. when they were 13, all they did was phone call each other to keep in contact. some phone calls were even a day long. it was like that until a miracle happened in high school. c1 and c2 were in the same school, and the same classroom. it felt like all their dreams had come true. even though c1 and c2 would only be together for 7 hours a day, it still felt a little good. one day, when they were old enough, they got their own houses, their own jobs. 5 months later, c1 got diagnosed with severe arthritis and COPD. they had bad things coming their way. does c2 love c1 too much to let him... die?

Apricity smiled down at the book in her hands. It was very old book that her mother had received from her mother, who had received it from her mother. It was Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, a book published far back in the 1800s. She's seen the BBC movie version, but this was the first time she was reading the book itself. Now, Apricity might have been aroace, but that doesn't mean she can't read romance novels. They were still works of art nonetheless, and she loves them.
But the girl had to be very quiet - after all, she was skipping class. Sitting alone in the Janitor's closet. Reading the novel. And eating an apple. It was probably one of the best choices for skipping class, but... it still was skipping, so... it was against the rules. And she couldn't get caught. -
Allissa was walking through the hallways to the cafeteria. It was only a few inches away from Math, so the walk she took was rather short, usually. She was used to being bullied. Being pushed around all the time, being called mean names, she knew all about it, so she walked as if she was minding her own business. She then heard something. She didn't really care much about it, but she went to investigate the place she heard the noise anyway. Someone could really be in need.

The unfortunate thing about Apricity is that she tended to be oddly clumsy in her doings, so as she continued to read the old novel, small flashlight in hand, her foot slipped on a small pile of crumbs from God knows what and crash-landed into a stack of various mops and brooms - lovely. Apricity knew that the only hope of avoiding getting caught was to remain still and pray that no one heard the noise, but she wasn’t completely sure that no one heard it…
