Not me coming in late))
-
Audrey walked in with a nervous expression on their face and without knowing, they fell on the floor and broke their nose. Audrey didn't realize that there were people there too and got embarrassed.
"Sorry," they said with a stutter. -
Julie noticed some people in the distance, freezing for a couple of moments. "Er. . .I didn't know more people were here." She muttered, loud enough for the people to hear.
Blade approached the two figures a little less cautiously, as it sounded like the fish one didn't know about the rumors. "Who are you guys?" He asked. -
Noah sighed. He closed his eyes, aimlessly walking about the store. He was getting more tired, but stopped when he almost ran into a piece of furniture. Or was it a person…?
“I- uh- technically me neither, but I mean I saw the light and I came,” Ash mumbled. They walked hesitantly up to the people in the distance and waved cautiously. “Um, hello,” they greeted. “Who are you?” -
Andrea seemed a little nervous, her tiny disformed wings flaring unnoticeably. "I'm Andrea," she said, watching the two strangers with a calculative gaze. "And you two are...?"
Zephyr felt someone bump into him and let out a yelp, jumping away from them. "AH! Who are you? What are you? Don't touch me!" -
"I-I'm Julie." Julie replied, glancing at Andrea.
Blade twitched his ear as he listened. "My name is Blade." He said simply.
In the distance, a figure was crouched on top of a small, makeshift tower. They watched the people, only recognizing Ash but none of the others. Newbies, they presumed.
Then there was trouble.
One of the many SCP's that roamed the IKEA had been attracted to the light, and looked hostile as it noticed the relatively normal people. -
“I’m- Ash,” they said to the people in front of them as they took a deep breath. Are these people dangerous? Trustworthy? What should I do…?
“Oh my God, I’m sorry!” Noah squeaked in a panic as he jumped away from the person he bumped into. “Uh- yeah, sorry,” he said, activating the light in his fingers and bringing it up to the person’s face. “I’m- Noah, w-who are you?” He asked -
Andrea drew in a sharp breath, poking Julie's shoulder with a trembling hand. "I think I see something," she whispered, her eyes wide to adjust the gloomy darkness.
Zephyr flinched at the sudden light in his face, gently taking a hold of Noah's wrist and bringing the light away. "The name's Zephyr," he said, jovially shaking Noah's free hand. "What are you doing locked in an Ikea?" -
"What-" Ash turned to look in the direction that Andrea was looking in. "The f---," they finished as they tried to make out the "something" that was looming in the distance.
"Nice to meet you," Noah replied, shaking Zephyr's hand. "And, probably for the same reason you are. What are you doing here?" -
Julie squinted her eyes, trying to see what everyone else was seeing but failing. "What's wrong?" She whispered frightfully, clinging onto Andrea out of fear.
Blade turned around quickly, backing up. "H-Huh?" He muttered quietly.
The hooded figure watched as the SCP started getting closer, so they stood up and jumped from shelf to shelf, now being able to hear the thing say, "The store is now closed, please exit the building."
They jumped down in front of the others, using their broken light pole to smack the s--- out of the SCP.
"TURN OFF THAT LIGHT AND RUN!" He yelled urgently, pulling his hood down farther as it had almost fallen off. -
Ash stumbled towards the lamp and flicked it off, then starting in a run in the opposite direction of the SCP. Trying to continue some calming breaths (and that not working all too much), Ash called out to see if they were alone, or with some of the others. After all, if was too dark for them to really see. "Crap, I'm not good with names- ummm- Andre? Juliet? Wait that's wrong-"
Noah let out a soft scream as he saw the SCP in the distance. "Holy sh-" He cut himself off before stepping quietly backwards, away from the creature. -
Blade bolted off in Ash's direction, nearly running into them but quickly steering away. "Sorry!" He whisper-yelled.
Julie backed up, staring at the mysterious figure and the weird-looking thing that tried to attack them.
Nineteen hit the SCP one last time before looking back at everyone else. "This thing should be stunned for a little while. But we better go, just in case." -
"No you're okay," Ash responded to Blade as they ran. "God, I don't even know where I'm going right now," they said to themself, following Blade in hopes that he knew where to go.
Noah breathed a sigh of relief as the SCP was quieted, knowing, or at least hoping, that he had time to run away. He started in a jog towards what he believed to be the area with all of the fake bedrooms that IKEA had decorated for viewing customers. -
Andrea lifted Julie up, carrying her as she sprinted after Blade. Chills ran down her spine at the thought of that strange, horrible thing.
Zephyr squinted in the distance. "Noah, I heard a loud yell over there," he said, pointing where the SCP had been. "I think there are more of us." -
ANDREA IS A STRONG GURL LMAO))
Julie made an small oof noise as she was picked up. She looked at Andrea, then back at the SCP. That thing is horrendous.
Blade slowed down slightly, waiting on the others as they caught up. "What the hell was that?!" He asked with a bewildered expression.
"SCP-3008-2, aka the "workers" here." The hooded figure replied, trying to catch his breath from running.
"You all should be glad that I was watching you all, or you all would be dead meat." He looked at Ash and added, "Well, maybe not them."
