Abyss still seemed very confused and made a little squeaking sound when she put the cat on him, his feathers ruffling a little

She squealed in happiness, when there was a buzzing. “Oh, no. My parents want me back.” She waved and hesitated. Then she pet the cat and left it in his lap, running home.

Abyss made a distressed noise "you forgot your cat!" He said, his wings twitching as he watched her leave

The cat pawed at his wings then curled up and fell asleep.

Abyss sat there on the ground waiting for her to come back, idly running his hands through his feathers to calm himself

Milque’s paws flowed pink as the cat shocked awake.

Abyss stared at the cat, startled by the display

The cat’s ears and tail striped glowed pink as it looked at Abyss as if it was waiting for him to do something.

Lovely watched from the door, and smiled, as she closed it.

Abyss stared right back, his wings stiff in fear as he panicked

The cat’s glowing stopped as it ran away into the direction of the big city.

Abyss watched the cat run off, feeling nervous. He eventually stood up and moved to follow it, now wanting to make Lovely upset if he lost her cat

The cat was nowhere to be found, as if it had disappeared. The next day, Lovely met Abyss at the tree. She raised an eyebrow at his nervous expression.

“Um, why do you look so—“

"Your cat ran off, im sorry" Abyss said quietly, wringing his hands in drestress
