Swarm tapped his short claws on the table he was sitting on, making a quiet buzzing sound as he thought about what the humans in front of him had proposed "ill admit, its an interesting idea" he mused, idly kicking his feet as he leaned back
"So will you do it?" One of them asked hopefully. Swarm shrugged "if you manage to catch him? Sure, I could do it -

Connor stood on top of the small building, staring out at the city below him. His next target. His next play toy. No, okay, that's weird. His next victims? Yes. Better. He smirked, a ball of flames appearing in one hand and his other flowing an earth green color. He shot the ball of flames down at the city, beginning to light buildings on fire. He shot his other hand in the direction of the buildings, roots of nearby trees shooting up from the ground and destroying buildings and the land surrounding it. He smiled, looking at all the chaos. Wonderful. -
Swarm sat up straighter as he felt a few pings from the alarm systems he was monitoring, before sighing "welp time to test it out" he said before hopping of the table and grabbing the modified gas mask off the table. It was designed to introduce a mild sedative into the air the wearer was breathing, to suppress their abilitys. Swarm pulled it into his mass for safe keeping before rushing outside in the form of a bird

Connor continued burning down the city and tearing it up with the roots of trees, taking pleasure from the chaos. Chaos was what gave him energy. He fed off the pain of others, whether it was from fear or anger. He smiled triumphantly to himself, watching people running and screaming in terror.

Swarm spotted his target and shifted the mask in his mass, before tucking his wings close and dive bombing the human, slamming his entire mass down onto the humans head and shoulders as he locked the mask into place

Connor landed on the ground, struggling to break free from his captor's hold. He attempted shooting flames at them, but ultimately failed.

Swarm hissed as he twisted a nob on the mask to start up the gas in it, clinging to the humans back and shoulders as he waited for it to take effect

Connor struggled to break free from his captor's hold for a moment before slowly stopping, the gasses from the mask taking effect.

Swarm felt the human relaxing and slowly let him go, idly splitting off some smaller swarms to go repair the city while he handled the villan

Connor laid limp in his hold, seemingly unconscious.

Swarm reassembled his skeletal form, poking at the human before scratching his skull "now where the heck do I take you? I don't have a house?" He said in confusion

Swarm shrugged and then hauled the human onto his back, shifting into a large bird and flying off. He circled for a moment before heading north, taking the human to the old lab he was created at. It was abandoned, so he figured he could use it. After he arrived he served the human down and fiddled with the mask to lower the sedative so the human could wake up, but still not use their powers
