Alina nodded. "Okay. Show me how you would punch." Alina got ready

Ross nodded and threw a decent punch at Alina. ``W-Was that good?``

"Yeah! Just needs some work." Alina walked over over to Ross and moved his hands to be up to his face for protection. -

Ross nodded, letting Alina move his hands into the proper positions. -
"Okay. Put your Dominant hand it back and your punching hand in front. Make sure you keep it up at all times. Keep your knees slightly bent, Elbows down and hands up. Keep your head behind your gloves and chin slightly down." Alina got into her Boxing position. "Now once you do that, just get used to the feeling."

Ross nodded again, following her orders. ``Is this right?`` He asked, once in the position.

"Perfect! Now just stand there in that position for a little bit and let me go get Chris." Alina out the door dragging Chris back in.

``Wh- Why do I have to stand like this? My legs are already starting to hurt.``

"Once you get used to it the better the form." Alina got back in the ring with Chris. "Okay, you can rest now."

Ross exhaled, relaxing his body. ``So, is this all you wanted to show me?`` -
"For now" Alina threw a pair of Boxing pads for Chris and he put it on. "You might want to get out the ring for a sec" Alina smiled and got in her stance while Chris was ready for a hard hit

He moved out of the ring, now standing on the ground outside of it.

Chris put his arm padding on and held it up. Alina started doing some hard punches which made Chris move back time to time, She did a high kick and made Chris hit the ring hard. "Okay. I think that can be all today" Alina took her gloves off putting it away. "I'm going to get ready for bed."

Ross watched in awe, a smile appearing on his face. That's my girlfriend, he though with a smile as he took off his gloves, walking over to Alina.
