it's like a RP type thing based off a Minecraft SMP created by a MCYT ( minecraft youtuber ). it had first started out as just a world to play through the game, then more people joined and it turned into a whole series with wars, governments, villains, powers and just a ton of chaos. if you look up Dream SMP on like, yt or just on google, you can find like, explanation videos of the lore. very interesting, honestly.
