  Melody ran down the quiet, musty road with speed. She Was panting and tired, and she could barely see due to them Time being late night. The sky was dark and her dress was torn, but she didn’t care one bit. She just had to get away. As she exited the city, Melody looked down at her left hand and ripped off the golden ring that was slipped into her ring finger.
