Thread Topic: Neko Rights

Nekos are humans that have cat-like features and abilities. In this world Nekos are are seen as pets and slaves for humans, meaning that they don't have as many rights as humans. C1 is a Neko who escaped their old master, who was very ab-s-ve. C2 is a human who finds them wandering around and takes them in.
At first, C1 doesn't trust C2, thinking they will be the same as their old master. But, C1 starts to warm up to C2, along with maybe some feelings for the other. What happens when C1's old master comes looking for them?
I'm taking C1. Experienced roleplayers are preferred!
I can add make a group version roleplay if more than one person is interested. -
