Julia glanced over at him, noticing he was turning red. She could feel her face growing pink. Ah, accursed blushing. Julia could never quite be free of it.
"So, uhm, what sort of stuff are you into?" she said, twirling her spaghett with her fork. -
“Uh, I’be been into editing recently. Like, video and photo editing,” Aiden said, taking another bite of his food. “Honestly, I’m really interested in things like art and photography. Very interesting.”
(fun fact, i’m actually in a photography class u^u) -
-
WOAHH COOLSIES))
"Ooh, that sounds like a lot of fun!" she said brightly. "What kind of stuff do you like taking pictures of the most?" -
(yeah, it’s pretty poggers u^u)
“Mostly animals, plants, people and just really aesthetic scenery,” he replied, running a hand through his hair. “I always get some really good shots out of them.” -
"Is there something you've always wanted to take a picture of?" Julia asked curiously.
-
“I’ve always wanted to take photos of like, famous buildings or monuments,” Aiden replied. “I actually visited DC and got some great photos of the White House.” His face darkened slightly and he looked down at his hands for a moment. “I uh, I actually went with my ex and uh, it was t a great trip, but it’s whatever,” he said with a chuckle, running a hand through his hair.
-
"Aw," Julia said with a sympathetic frown. "Maybe you can go there with someone else, and make new memories! Good ones."
-
Aiden looked up at Julia, his cheeks turning red. “Y- Yeah, maybe,” he said with a small smile, quickly looking away. “So uh, what stuff are you into? I mean, other than gardening and tending to plants, because that one’s pretty obvious.”
-
Julia's face has grown warm, and she eagerly jumped on the new subject. "Umm, well I've always liked swimming and cheesy movies," she said, laughing lightly. "I'm into puzzles, which I know sounds like the lamest thing ever."
-
“Nah, puzzles are pretty fun,” Aiden said with a chuckle, leaning back in his chair. “Although they do piss me off whenever I can’t solve them, which happens often.”
-
Julia coughed to cover up laughter, although she didn't do a very good job at covering up her amusement. "Maybe you should start off with some easier puzzles, hmm? Then you can become the ultimate PuZzLe MaStEr."
-
“Eh, I’m more into becoming the video game master, to be honest,” Aiden said with a chuckle, crossing his arms. “Honestly, if I could, I’d spend all day just playing Minecraft and trying to get every achievement and beat the game. It’s just such a fun game to mess around with, especially with how much freedom and creativity you have with it.”
-
Julia had a thoughtful expression. "Minecraft. I used to play that when I was younger, but I never found the time for it as I got older," she laughed lightly. "I'll probably be garbage now, but I'm sure you're really awesome at it! It was a fun game, as I recall."
-
“Not to brag, but I am pretty good,” Aiden said with a chuckle, crossing his arms. “Though I have been told my pvp skills are pretty sh-t- but that’s besides the point.”
