Yui burst into tears and ran out the hospital.

Jaime clenched his jaw and looked at the wall.

It had been a few years since Yui spoke to Jaime. Over the years, she noticed that he seemed... off.

Jaime was different. He wasn't cheery anymore, he was hardened. He was holding onto the past and he would not lwt go

Yui on the other hand had remained the same. She didn't dare approach Jaime because of what had happened.

Jaime was in the park one day, by the fountain.

And it just so happened that Yui was in the park as well. She gasped when she saw Jaime. Maybe she should talk to him?
Yui walked towards him hesitantly. She still felt bad about what had happened a few years before. -
"Going to try your luck again?" Jaime said to Yui without looking up from his folded hands.

"No, I already learnt that I had no chance of getting you back. But don't get me wrong Jaime, I still love you." Yui said, glancing at Jaime out the corner of her eyes.

Jaime let out a scoff. "Right."

Yui bit her lip. "Jaime, why do you hate me so much?" she whispered.
