The sun started to set in the distance, painting the sky with beautiful shades of the rainbow as the group walked down the dirt path. It was the first week of Summer break and they were already out exploring and goofing around. Raymond had a distressed look on his face, looking behind his back at the comforting lights of the city every once in a while. He wasn’t fond of the dark, not trusting that someone will pop out and attack him.
“Why are we…doing th-this again? D-Do we even know it’s still standing?” Ray asked timidly, looking at the others in front of him. He grabbed Rose’s hand to reduce his anxiety about the situation, which was flaring up greatly. -
