“Do you know where he is? I would like to have a small chat with him.” Cleo said through gritted teeth. -
"No. Mom found out after she came home early and found me half dead in a closet, and made us move." Error said

Cleo's face softened at that before she grew angry once more.
"I shan't allow this! I promise you, Erratum, I swear upon my life that I WILL find whoever has wronged you, and then mercilessly kill them!” Cleo declared. -
Erratum looked at her, clearly startled

“H-He had no right to treat you like garbage!”

He shrugged "I'm a human, not like anyone was going to stop him" he said, rubbing at his wrists

"I would've." Cleo mumbled.

"Would you?" He asked, tilting his head at her

“Of course I would've!” Cleo exclaimed.

He hesitated before reaching out and hugging her

Cleo gasped, looking down at the arms that were wrapped around her chest.
She then closed her eyes, leaned in, and hugged Erratum back, entwining her fingers in his hair. -
Erratum leaned his head against her, mumbling what might have been a thanks

Cleo nodded her head, looking at Erratum lovingly from the corner of her eye.

Erratum seemed tired, shaking a little

“Hey, are you okay?” Cleo asked gently.
