Janice bit her lip, messing with hair anxiously. What could the council want from her? She hadn't done anything wrong, right? Maybe it had something to do with her job. She sighed in relief. That must be it. They would probably hand her an assignment and that would be that.

(Ik pheonix, just wasn't sure if you preferred to be called Sans or Pheonix. You character should be heading to town hall after hearing the speech)

Acacia's dad ignored her questions. "Follow me to the town hall, and you can ask elderwoman Reya," He said to her. Acacia scowled, but she did as she was told and followed him. Elderwoman Reya was awarded her title for being the oldest living person at the sanctuary, so everyone respected her.
At the town hall, Reya and the other council members were gathered, greeting the people who had been named as they came in. There were weapons lined up on a table, a map, and lots of books. Everyone looked tired and had grim expressions. -
Flynn looked at the weapons on the table. Valentina asked him "What are these for? Are we about to fight something?" Flynn just shrugged and decided to wait for the council to say something.

Janice's gaze swept over the exhausted and grave expressions on the council member's face. Something was wrong, but what could it be? The weapons caught her eye. What in the world? We're they going to be in combat?

Zombies and demons will soon be able to march through here and upturn our peaceful community," Reya paused to let them take in this information, then continued. "We have chosen you 4 because you each have proven to have a certain set of skills that could prove useful in journeying out of Eden. Flynn, the strength. Janice, the fighter. Acacia, the intelligence. Valentina, the dexterous. We want you to save this town and restore the circle," Reya explained.

Valentina said "What?" Flynn just furrowed his brow and picked up the chainsaw from the table. He started it up as if to say Just tell me where I need to go.
