Axel sighed. “Rasia, I felt something different about you. You didn’t say anything to the police, I know that someone probably just heard you scream and called them. But there was something different about you. I can’t explain it.” He said. Axel walked over to her and just stood there.

Rasia's eyes flitted towards the ground then she glanced up at Axel. "Thank you," she whispered.
For some odd reason she didn't feel as if he'd just flick out his gun and shoot her dead anymore. She wouldn't say she trusted him completely, though.
"Can - Can you give me a ride home?" she asked. -
He gave her a weak smile. “Of course.” He said. Axel opened the car door and beckoned for Rasia to go inside.

Rasia slid inside the car and buckled up after the car door was closed. She leaned her head against the window and glanced at the clock. It was after midnight.

Axel gave a tired sigh when he got into the car. He drove to Rasia’s house and stopped. “You bed awaits M’lady.” He said with a smile.

She gave a quick nod of thanks and got out of the car. She had spent the entire drive in silence. She got inside and went straight to her bedroom and fell asleep. Her sleep was plagued with nightmares of what had happened that night.

Axel drove back to his house and finally laid down in bed. As soon as he touched his pillow, he immediately fell asleep.

The next morning, late, Rasia hauled herself out of bed.

Axel had been waiting at her door for the past few hours and he was getting annoyed.

Rasia, not knowing that someone was at her door, got ready for the day. She decided to go on a walk. She needed to clear her mind.
She opened the door and saw Axel there. Her eyes widened and she slammed the door in his face as all the fear and memories and thoughts and emotions from the previous night flooded over her. -
He knocked again. “Well that was rather rude.” He muttered. Axel just stood there for a few minutes and kept on waiting for Rasia.

Rasia ran her fingers through her hair and collected herself. She opened the door. "Sorry, I just...Initial reaction," she said quietly. "What do you want?"

“I wanted to apologize for last night. I know that probably traumatized you more than anything else.” He said.

Her eyes flitted up at Axel then back down at the ground. She could tell that he was serious. She took a breath and whispered, "I - I forgive you."

Axel looked surprise, but he gathered his composure. “Thank you for forgiving me.” He said quietly.
