“Pshh, am not!” He protested. One of his eyes winked, which gave him away.

Wermington put his hands on his chin and gazed at Sophia lovingly. “So, are you and Asher a thing now?” He asked with a hint of disgust in his voice.

"yes. I hear the disgust in your voice you must be dreading us being together" she said with a slight glare

“I’m perfectly fine with it. The question is, are you?” He asked.

"what do you mean" she said slightly annoyed

Wermington smirked. “I’m guessing he asked you directly and you felt bad for him. Is that why you accepted his confession?” He asked.
