Manta woke up bright and early for battle training. Same as always, he walked down the long hallway leading to the training room. Same as always, he stopped and stood straight up, ready to start. He glanced around at the other trainees and couldn't help a thought come into his head. "What are we training for? We're never going to leave."
Also, if you want your character to be training, you can have them here too. If not, you can be somewhere else)) -

Forest looked slightly on edge, making movements that put distance between them and the others in the room. They didn’t like being around others. Forest doesn’t take things kindly, either, so people were also avoiding them and not making eye contact.
Forest glared at one person who dared look at them, slightly scaring them. These people never learn, do they? Even after nearly 10 cycles, they still continue to bother me. They thought, growling. -

Jack was on one side of the training room preening, having just finished running an course. He hummed softly to himself as he ran his fingers through his feathers, making sure to tuck any loose ones in a bag. He heard someone enter the room and looked up to see Manta, blinking at him once before going back to preening

Fawna sat alone in her empty room. She always tried her best to avoid battle training. She was weak. She would never be strong enough.
Fawna couldn’t bear the idea of violence, but she knew she would come to it one day. She opened her door and crept outside. She walked through the hallway and into the training room, but only to stop near the door and observe.
