Wermington sighed and finally gave in to her plea’s. “Fine, but don’t let Asher know, he would literally kill me.” Wermington said with a nervous chuckle. -

He handed her a rag. “You can wipe the countertop.” He said.

She took it and nodded then walked over to the counter

Wermington swept the floor and would glance at Sophia every so often.

She cleaned off the counter

After the chores had been done, Wermington yawned. “Perhaps we should go to bed. It’s getting terribly late and we wouldn’t want to miss tomorrow.” He said.
