Plot! You have just purchased a section of forest to make your home! However, i appears that someone else lived there beforw you, if the ruins of a lab of some sort are any indication. While exploring the lab you accidentally turn on a generator, activating a sentient nanite swarm that,after seeing you, has decided to follow you around. Joy.

Name: calls himself Swarm, but has no idea what his actual name is
Age: unknown
Gender: male
Appearence: usually takes the form of a tall black skeleton clothed only in a ragged labcoat. The lab coat is the only part of him not made of nanites, and he is very attatched to it.
Background: a failed experiment. Appears to be the reason for the lab being abandoned, but doesnt remember anything.
Pets: himself :3
Other: only has 3 things: a burnt id card, a ruined labcoat, and a heavily damaged and encrypted journal -

Strings of consciousness slowly crawled back to Swarm as he awoke from his forced hybernation, vaugly aware of various other systems in the lab powering on as he slugishly started to move in his containment unit. He tried to force his nanites into some sort of useful form, but wasnt awake enough to do so. He instead settled for bracing himself against one side of the glass, forming several sharp points and pressing then against the other side of the tank to break the glass

Clarrisa hoped nothing bad came out of her turning on the power. she didnt mean to she couldve put herself in danger. she might be in danger right now

The glass gave way with a loud shattering sound that reverberated through his nanites, making him shiver a little before he pulled himself into the loose form of a spider. He pulled the broken glass into his mass, breaking it down and using to make more nanites, before heading over to some rubble and repeating the process untill he had enough nanites in his mass to be the size of a golden retriever. He then started crawling down a hall towards the heartbeat he was sensing

Clarrisa heard the glass shatter but was to afraid to go see what it was. she stayed in one place breathing heavily

Swarm paused for a moment, clicking his temporary chelicera together before moving to the ceiling and scuttling towards the human, adjusting the structure of his eyes to see better. He entered the hall to the generator and stopped, as the lights were still off. He stood there on the ceiling for a moment, the quiet hissing sound of his nanites rubbing against eachother audiable down the hall as he extended a tendrill into one of the lights before he turned them all on
