Everyone else hit the skip button as well. The timer stopped ticking as the votes came in. Not a single person had voted for another crewmate.
Ezekiel glanced over at Crystal and Red, watching them carefully. He would have to figure out a way to separate them. Perhaps a sabotage would do it.. -
"Yes, Red?" Responded Crystal, tilting away a little due to how close he was.
"Wanna stick with me for a bit...?" He asked, smiling.
Crystal chuckled, before replying; "Of course! We're best friends after all, aren't we?" -
As Ezekiel started to move away from the meeting table, Pink dashed over. "Hey, White," she said. "How about we team up? You seem smart."
"Sure," he said, mentally swearing. He plastered a charming smile on his face. "It's not like I can stop you from following me, anyway." -
Crystal swiftly glanced over to see none other than both White and Pink together, before peering back at Red. "I didn't know White and Pink were dating," She giggled. "Wow, what a shocker!"
Red chuckled along with her, before he gestured for her to follow him as he began moving towards the door of Cafeteria. "Wanna go to Electrical...?" He asked, smiling kindly. -
"Let's head to Navigation," Pink said.
"Okay," Ezekiel replied. Pink took off towards Navigation with Ezekiel trailing behind. As they walked, he recalled how Pink said she had been in Navigation before the body was called. "You still have tasks left back there?" he asked.
"Yeah. I was mid-download when that body got called! I had to quick leave and run to the Cafeteria." -
"Of course!" Crystal half responded, too caught up in her flooding mind of worries and anxieties. The main thing she had been worrying about was who the Impostor was, and who they'd kill next.
"Uhh... Sooo...." Red began, seemingly trying to start up a conversation as he broke through her thoughts. "Are we gonna go to Electrical, or what?"
"Yeah, sorry! I spaced off for a moment." She responded alarmingly. With that, they had left to head off towards Electrical. -
The two walked in silence for the rest of the trip. Pink headed straight for download. Ezekiel entered, leaning against the chair of the chart course task.
He watched as she booted up the monitor and started downloading files. He considered killing her, but people probably saw them leave together. He counted down the seconds in his head.
Just as Pink finished up her task, Ezekiel called an emergency in Communications. She looked up and over at him, her eyes wide with minor panic. "Ezekiel, we should go fix that! We might be the closest ones." -
Soon, they had both arrived at Electrical's entrance.
"You're sus," Crystal teasingly stated. "What tasks do you have? Do you actually have wires, or are you just stalling? But most of all, am I being confronting enough? Are you intimidated by my pure awesomness, yet?"
Red chuckled sheepishly, before responding; "Well, for one, I was with you when we found the body, and we both know it had just been killed, so that clears us both. For two, I have wires, just like you have. And after that, pretty sure we both have Medscan. I'm not stalling, goofball. Third of all, you're not intimidating, nor awesome enough, because I'm your only friend. I'm the cool one here." -
Pink immediately took off towards Communications. Ezekiel lagged behind, hoping to spot someone who was alone. Perhaps he could even make a kill as Pink was fixing the sabotage.
