Purple saw that comms was sabotaged. She exited out of the downloading and went over to comms. She'd always been good at it. "Back away, guys, let me through." When they did so she fixed it in a little bit.

"Can you follow me to Medbay? I want to do my scan there," Black said.

"Sure!" Purple said as they ran off together

Black went and did his scan, his little crewmate jamming in the background.

Green looked that the comms were back online and whispered "Looks like I've been thwarted. I'll have to try a different approach." His mini me found a vent and he patted him on the head for his keen eye. Green then crawled in and started traversing the place. -
Purple gave black a smile and a thumbs up. Black is good, and she was pretty sure white was good.

Black gave Purple a thumbs up in reply and hopped off of the scan, exiting Medbay. -
Purple went back to weapons and started over on the tedious task of downloading data.

Black sort of "stood guard" at the entry way, pacing back and forth.

White finishes her last wire task and looks at her tasks again. She had to do the Chart Course task in Navigation. She starts to walk over there.

Green wandered the vents until he saw Purple in the Weapons room. Thinking she was way too easy a target, he decided to double back and find a different target.

Finally the stuff was downloaded. Now she had to upload it. She ran over to Admin, giving black a nod on the way.

Question: How many tasks do we have?))
Once she got there, she walks up the the panel and drags her hand across the screen. Once she finished that task, she watches the task bar go up.
