"I wanted to thank you citizens, for making me who I am." She stopped, before turning around to cut the ribbon behind her, only to reveal a giant golden statue of her. "Wow!" She exclaimed. "I-I don't know what to say, except- Thank you." The crowd then began roarinb again. -

ok thats enough she mumbled she shot a little fire out her hand

So... She invented something that could allow her to shoot limited fire out of her hand?))
Delilah turned to see none other than Lex, the super mind villan. "Lex!" She growled, flexing her hand. The crowd began booing Lex. -

"oh shut up" she scowled at the crowd "i didnt mean to crash the party delilah i just couldnt help it" she smerked -
The crowd scowled back at Lex as they continued to boo her. Delilah gave a glare before shooting towards her, her hands out to grab her.

Delilah swiftly dodged the lightning, before using her super speed to freeze time. She came up behind Lex, before grabbing her and picking her up, then unfreezing time.
These are all de powers she has, doe. ;n;))

Lex attempted to kick delilah. she was struggling a bit

Delilah had noticed Lex was struggling. She slowly released her, before continuing to hold up her guard.

she pretty much gave up she was already pretty much defenseless

she slumped away. welp i tried she mumbled

She turned back to the roaring crowd. "Thank you, thank you." She bowed politely, yet hesitantly.
