A group of people are being hunted down for killing the president after a protest for their rights. They either have to escape, prove their innocence or be arrested.
This is an alternate universe than from the world we live in, so Hybrids (Nekos, Werewolves, etc.) exist.
This is inspired by a Series called MyStreet.
Recommend your character is between the ages of 13-18
Here are some examples of rights that the President was going to take away:

C1 is Kawaii and Cute (If you guys don’t mind, I had a character in mind for this one.)
C2 is Rude and Stubborn.
C3 is Smart and Awkward.
C4 is Popular and Beautiful/Handsome.
C5 is Weird and Funny.
C6 (optional) is Flirty and Sexy.

Appearance: Pale skin, Short white hair, green cat eyes, grey sweater, blue jeans, black boots, Black cat ears and tail
Personality: C1’s personality, She is also very energetic and sensitive.
History/Backstory: Since she is part cat, she comes from a big family. When she was younger, she was very quiet and didn’t talk much until middle school.
Reason for killing the President?: She wanted to keep her Neko and Woman’s rights.
Other: In the Neko religion, Nekos have to speak in 3rd person, just so you’re not confused. She also uses Japanese Suffixes. -

History/Backstory: Her parents were a witch and a wizard, but when she got into a potion, she turned into a half-cat. Her parents died later, and now she is friends with a dragon, who lives with her.
Reason for killing the President?: She is female and a witch, and thinks that he/she is unjust and unfair
