Once the northerners left darren retrieved the dead child and prayed for him, later he saw an even younger child crying from where that child darted out

Yoshimi cried out to his sister as she ran out of the shelter and into the streets. She was having some sort of mental breakdown. This war had her six-year-old self in pieces
Yoshimi ran outside to catch up with her, but only prayed that they wouldn’t be seen by any opposing forces.
“Jin!” Yoshimi called out. He saw her running in the distance and he chased after.
“Jini!” Yoshimi called her by her nickname this time. “Where are you going?”
Yoshimi was running so fast that he tripped over a few rocks and fell to his knees. They were all scraped up and bloody, and he could barely manage to raise up. -
Darren silently left a pouch of coins by the dead child and went into the town tavern to meet his friend toka
