  Drakestorm dreamed he was back in InfernoClan, and Dawnstar was making fun of him for being so weak. Then Dawnstar turned into Nightpelt, her face filled with disappointment and anger. He twitched in his sleep and whimpered.

  "Mother!" Bluefly cried happily. The blue gray she-cat didn't even flinch.
  
  Bluefly's smile faltered. "Mother?"
  
  The landscape changed and she was in the Dark Forest. She saw an injured cat limping away, and a wound on a tabby tom's leg. Reedpelt was looking up triumphantly towards a snow white she-cat, blood dripping from his muzzle.
