Mocha settled back into her plushy chair, sighing with relaxation as the warmth from her coffee cup seeped into her fingers. The world outside her was chaotic as usual, but she was in peaceful bliss, hidden away from the rest of the world where no one could judge her.

Amilia was spouting a torrent of dialogue at Morty, gossiping about how much she was so in love with the boy who represented "Fake Love" by BTS. Morty could tell that Amilia was yet again going to get heartbroken, but he was too anxious to lay the truth out to her.
Kai was walking along the riverbank. He often did activities like this, just enjoying the feeling of being a loner, but also being deathly afraid of being alone. It brought up great juxtaposed feelings within him. -
Ian approached a certain small coffee shop repeatedly slammed into the window a few times then burst through the door smiling as always. Ian walked up to the counter, purchased a small coffee and sat at the same table as a small family till the police passed

Mocha heard a repeated slamming noise from the small coffee shop underneath her and decided to see who was disturbing her "me time". She pulled on a purple sweater and went downstairs, a slightly waspish expression in her eyes.
She glanced over the small crowd of people when she saw him. Another Stauber song. She nearly fell over in shock but managed to keep her stance sturdy, leaning against a wall. -
"M-maybe you shouldn't get you hopes up, Mili... the guy's song is literally called 'fake love' you know?" Morty said timidly.
"It's different this time, Mort! You shoulda seen the way he looked at me! He absolutely-"
"Electrified your heart?" Morty finished for Amilia, as this was a phrased she said often. She nodded.
Kai bent down over the lake and poked a hand into the water, watching the ripples expand serenely. -
Ian heard someone fall against a wall. He turned is head smile never faulturing and walked towards the noise. "Hello, is there a problem?" He said cheerily to the girl who'd fallen against the wall

"No," Mocha said faintly. "I just came down to see what the noise was. You wouldn't happen to know, would you?"

Morty sighed. There was no getting through to Amilia. It's not like she experienced heartbreak anyway, she often crushed on a brand new person before she had the chance to be sad about the last. "You want to meet him?" Amilia asks Morty excitedly. "You mean s-spy on him from afar?" He asks, frightened because he already knew the answer. "You know me so well!" Amilia said before grabbing his hand to lead him to where she last saw Dolion.
Kai briefly considered jumping into the lake. It wasn't deep enough though, so he'd be stuck there alone... as if that's any different from being on land. -
"oh that was just me ramming into the doors and windows." Ian said with a laugh. But he kept smiling. He knew if he wasn't smiling he was angry and if he was angry he'd get hit, and no one wanted that.

"Oh no, are you okay?" Mocha said, looking over him for any injuries. "What were you doing that for?"

"oh I'm fine, ya see if I do that the shopkeeper doesn't try to throw me out or hand me ta the police." Ian said showing off his pearly whites in a smile that made him seem on edge

"The police?" Mocha said, glancing around frantically. She took Ian's hand. "Here, come with me. You'll be safer up here."

Amilia led Morty to a coffee shop just off the corner of Altrock Street. "There he is!" Amilia giggled and peered into the glass window surreptitiously. Morty looked at where she was pointing. "That's Dolion? With the half red and half black hair?" Morty asked. Amilia nodded and swooned.
Kai sighed and started walking back. He had to get back eventually, after all. The thought to just stay out there for the night with no shelter crossed his mind. Hmm... maybe next time. -
"nah it's ok, they're already gone And I can't stay for long." Ian said already getting ready to run through the streets again.
