he darted away through the undergrowth, his light gray coat snogged with both his and Eclipse's blood.

Swift growled and jumped at Bone, attacking him. He heard the she wolf cry for help; who was she calling?

Bone looked at both Eclipse and the strange wolf who had appeared. He realized he was outnumbered, and when Sky and Winter arrived, dead. He darted away into the undergrowth, yelping with fear.

"Thank you," Eclipse padded towards the strange wolf. "I appreciate it."

"It's nothing," Swift said, not meeting her eyes. "I'd better get going."

She nodded, turning away to scold Boulder.

"What were you thinking!?" She snarled, her fur standing straight in the air. "You could've gotten killed!" Boulder shrunk back, whimpering. She sighed. "I just don't want to lose any of you, even if we're not friends... I don't enjoy seeing a wolf die.." She admitted. Memories crashed into her mind. She whimpered by accidental. "A-are you okay?" Boulder questioned. "I'm fine," She growled, walking past him. "And forget about the deal... You can keep the deer, since I know Bone stole it, anyways."

Swift looked behind him. He knew he would regret it if he didn't talk to her one more time. "Sorry to interrupt, but I didn't quite catch your name," he said, finally meeting Eclipse's eyes.

She peered behind her, realizing the strange wolf was still here. She padded over to him. "Eclipse," She nodded politely. "How about you?"

"Swift," he said, smiling. "It was a pleasure meeting you."
And with that, he disappeared into the woods. -
She turned back to the direction she was currently setting off to.

'Don't think about it... DO NOT think about it...' She scolded herself. Her eyes were stinging from the tears forming as more memories invited themselves into her thoughts.

Swift picked up the rabbit, which was still warm. He ate it and returned to his den. Since he was a loner, he was shocked and angry to find a wolf lying in his nest, wagging her tail dreamily.
