Dynast looked at the tea again and sighed. Horn was right, he was still a mortal bug and he needed sustenance. He took one of the cups and Horn poured the tea into it. Dynast said "Thank you." but before Horn could go he said "Wait, could you stay here and have some tea with me?" Horn smiled and said "I'd be delighted, sir."

"Hmm... I wonder..." Annaline thought to herself as she brushed her hands against the grass, waves of fireflies flying into the air as she did. "What?" Manellia asked. "Wouldn't it be nice to build a nice cozy cottage here, and just spend my days playing in the fields and my nights catching fireflies? Ah that would be splendid! It would just be a vacation house of course, and only you and Rickly would know about it, but I think it would be fantastic." Annaline told her. "True, I think that would suit you well." Manelia chuckled. "Though, you don't really think you'll get anywhere with Rickly, do you? He's a complete jerk." Manelia added cautiously. "You're right... but I think I can change him for the better. Now, before you say I'm naive, don't worry, I have a plan. I'm going to change him with love, and if I can't do it with true love, then I'm gonna do it with this." Annaline told her, showing her a love potion.
There was a long while of silence, Manellia looking at Annaline in terrified shock as she looked at the potion. Annaline's confident smile faded to a look of confusion. "What?" She asked. "How did you get that?" She asked. "I got that Fairy to make it for me." She replied. "The fairy that's been captured by the Bug King?" Manellia asked, getting a nod in reply. "Yeah, I snuck in and traded her one of my bobby pins in return for a love potion. She's probably used the Bobby Pin to pick the lock by now." Annaline replied, seeming unphased. "Please tell me you weren't spotted." Manelia sighed. "Relax, sis. If I were spotted I wouldn't be here right now." Annaline assured her. "Come on now, let's go home." Annaline chuckled, putting the glowing purple potion away before running down the path. "Race you there!" Annaline called. "I swear if she gets herself into more trouble... I might have to have twenty knights guarding her when I'm Queen." Manelia muttered before chasing after Annaline. -
Dynast and Horn stood around and drank the tea. Dynast sighed and said "Thanks for doing this for me, Horn. It's just hard healing a broken heart." Horn said "I know, sir. I just want you to be better is all. There's nothing that can be done about her, best to just forget it." Dynast said "True. Painfully, very true." Just then, the wheels began turning in Dynast's head.

Soon Manellia caught up to Annaline, and they arrived to the village streets together. "Hmm... Where to go, where to go..." Annaline thought to herself. "How about home?" Manellia suggested. "But I was thinking of going out tonight. Maybe we could find someone to help you get over Marvicle." Annaline suggested. "I think I'm better on my own. I'd rather stand as an independent Queen than fall in love with some rando at a bar." Manellia told her. "Well, if you say so." Annaline sighed. "Home it is then?" Manellia asked. "Home it is." Annaline agreed. "Race you!" Annaline cheered again before sprinting off to the Castle gates. Manellia sighed before following her.

Dynast said "Unless." Horn asked "Unless what, sir?" Dynast said "Unless we make sure no one else goes through the pain of false love again." Horn asked "What do you mean, sire?" Dynast said "I mean, our kingdom has access to most of the ingredients to make the love potion, correct?" Horn said "Yes, but you already made it illegal to make the potion already." Dynast said "But if that fairy that escaped the other day is any indication, the law isn't going to stop everyone. Unless we get rid of the ingredients instead." Horn said "I don't believe I follow. How would we get rid of them?" Dynast said "You'll find out tomorrow, along with my army. For now I shall head to my chamber and sleep. Good night, Horn" "Good night, sir." And with that, Dynast left the throne room to his bedroom.

The two returned to the castle and headed to their rooms, ready to sleep that night. Manellia, however, had trouble falling asleep. There was going to be a ball tomorrow... That's probably where Annaline was planning to use the potion... but... Wasn't it against the Peace Treaty for people of the Butterfly Kingdom to enter the Bug Kingdom? Could Annaline get in serious trouble for this? Well... if she wasn't spotted, perhaps they wouldn't know it was her... but still, it did worry her. None-the-less, Manellia would eventually fall asleep, knowing that she would need her energy to protect her sister tomorrow. After all, Annaline was the only one keeping her going right now...

(What relationship do the Butterflies have with the Scorpions and Spiders?)
Dynast had trouble sleeping due to the sad feeling of loneliness every time he got into his bed. He would give anything to have a queen by his side but nothing could be don't about this. He eventually fell asleep. -
(With the Bugs they have a very tense relationship, and the only thing keeping them from war is the Peace Treaty. With the Scorpions, the two kingdoms agreed to just never cross into each other's countries for any reason. Anyone from the Butterfly Kingdom that goes into the Scorpion Kingdom is their prisoner, same goes for anyone from the Scorpion Kingdom that enters the Butterfly Kingdom. As for a Spider Kingdom, Manellia fell in love with the Prince of the Spider Kingdom only for them to be using her to invade her kingdom. Now the Butterfly Kingdom needs defences against the Spider Kingdom, which is why they made a Peace Treaty with The Bug Kingdom that wants to eliminate the Spider Kingdom. They agree to stop trying to interfere with the Bug Kingdom so long as the Bug Kingdom handles the Spider Kingdom.)

(That might not be easy considering the Spider King trounced Dynast when he tried to kill him for sleeping with his ex-wife. Also the time skip was implied, honestly.)

(Oh, then the relationship with the Spider Kingdom is probably the same as with the Bug Kingdom, a tense relationship kept at bay with a Peace Treaty. It could just be a different kingdom that the Prince was from.)
Manelia smiled as Annaline helped her get dressed, sighing as she gave in to Annaline's begging to braid her hair. "So, I'm guessing you'll be using that potion on Rickly today?" Manelia asked. "Yuppie! You know me so well!" Annaline giggled. "You know, there might be enough that I could use it to get you to fall in love with someone too..." She mused, causing Manellia to give Annaline a look of distrust. "Don't worry, I'd never do anything like that without your permission." Annaline assured her. "I don't think you should use the potion at all. You could get in big trouble if you're caught." Manellia told her. "Don't worry, I'll be fine." Annaline assured her with a smile.

Dynast walked into a large room with Horn and his army stood at attention in front of them. He said "My loyal army. Today I have called you to embark on a quest. A quest to find the ingredients to the love potion. Roses, forget-me-nots, and camellias." One soldier spoke up and said "But sir, why? Isn't making the love potion already banned?" Dynast said "Yes, but in order to stop it completely, we need to find them and stop them from growing. We saw the fairy try and make it." The army all nodded their heads in agreement." Dynast said "Now go and find them. And if someone is found with the completed potion, capture them and bring them here." -
Manellia rolled her eyes as Annaline dragged her to the ballroom, looking around excitedly. "I'm gonna look for Rickly. You be your loner self." Annaline told Manellia. "I'm not a Loner, I'm just independent." Manellia told her. "Sure you are." Annaline giggled before running off to dance. Manellia sighed, shaking her head with a chuckle as she grabbed herself some punch.

(I'm not sure what to post next. Should I have one of the bugs mistake the ball as part of their kingdom and kidnap Annaline because she has the potion?)
