Iggie punted the wooden door open with a well aimed kick and sauntered in. A fire was glowing and the whole place had a tinkerer's charm.
-
Hollow fully opened his black eyes and looked around, making an uneasy chitter at the fire.
-
"It's okay," Iggie said, placing him on the couch. "It's trained to stay in the fireplace, you know."
-
Hollow looked at him and tilted his head at him, squinting his eyes in confusion
-
"Fire can be tamed," Iggie said, shrugging. "Tamed to not go out, tamed not to burn everything, tamed to sit and stay, etc. Same goes for water."
-
Hollow hummed quietly in understanding and closed his eyes
-
"Wind, earth, the list goes on," Iggie said, wrapping a blanket around Hollow. "I'll be in the corner if you need me."
-
Hollow briefly opened his eyes again to move and nudge the top of Iggies head with the lower part of his head(around the muzzle area if he had a mouth) in thanks before setting his head on tge couch and falling asleep
-
Iggie had a happy expression on his face as he headed to the corner, where various tools and scrap pieces were lying around.
-
Hollow twitched a little on the couch, wiggling into the cushions
-
Iggie fiddled with a few things, making the shape of a metal Hollow figurine.
-
Hollows Void started to roll over his hide, begining to mend his minor wounds as he slept. Unfortunately, this had the unintended side effect of staining the fabric it touched black
-
Iggie began to make a miniature Iggie figurine when he noticed the couch was black. He stared at it with a perplexed expression.
-
Hollow stirred a little, feeling Iggie watching him in his sleep
-
Iggie turned away, shrugging. "Didn't like the color of it anyway."
