Thanks, Tat!))
Miden crept up a tree, silently wincing as the leaves rustled. Fortunately, just as her victim looked up, she flipped into the air and landed on his chest, pinning him down. She pegged him with a toy gun.
"Gotcha!" she crowed. She realized almost instantly that she had celebrated too early and too loud, and barely escaped before others arrived on the scene.
-
Nico blended in like a shadow, slipping in and out of places. He resisted the urge to smirk when his targets whipped around, unnerved as he poked them with a foam dagger.
He heard a loud victory exclamation before a girl jumped over a wall and crashed into him. -
The foul stench of the sewers filled her nose as she gagged. Every step that she took seemed as if the concrete would fall beneath her feet and let her go into the water. “Nasty.” She said quietly, not wanting the boy to hear her.
Finally, she spotted him climbing up the sewer ladder. Quickly, she was able to tackle him before he made it to the top as he let out a cry of help. Becky kept his arms behind him as she dragged up above ground back into the gardens, “Trying to sneak in? Or do you work for Cosmos?” She asked, “Either way, you’ll be asked a few questions.”
——
The boy didn’t quite understand what was going on. One moment he had been wondering what was in this big building, the next he was crawling through the sewers trying to escape the stares of every kid there. “I swear! I don’t know what happened! And what the heck is Cosmos?” Greyson was confused, and the girl who had tackled him shared his expression, “Who are you guys exactly?” -
I think y’all forgot about me :c
Ty was holding her radar, trying to catch any enemies through the signal. Speaking of signal, her signal was horrible out here. She saw a red dot moving toward her and all of a sudden she lost signal. She banged her fist on the radar, but nothing of it.
She knew there was a black clothed person behind her though, she wasn’t that dumb. She was just playing along, acting like she didn’t see the black clothed person until the last second.
She did a back flip when the person grabbed her by the neck and landed on the persons shoulders. The force was enough to knock them down. Ty stood up putting her foot on their head. Not too hard but hard enough where the person couldn’t stand back up. -
Greyson rubbed the back of his neck, where he had fallen. “Tell me, what is this place?” He asked again, “My friends dared me to sneak into here, through the sewers or something.” He stared at the girl, and put out his hand, “Mind helping me up?”
——
Becky snorted and helped him up, “I’m Becky Sterling, you are..?” The boy got up and brushed himself off, his clothes were a mess from the sewage water and his blonde hair was ruffled up. He looked at her with chilly grey eyes, “I’m Greyson Woodall. Why are you dressed in all black?” He asked suspiciously, narrowing his eyes as Becky turned red from embarrassment, Greyson didn’t seem to dull- which meant that he would figure out about the spy academy. “No reason at all!” -
Christa had been curious, so she went to see what was up. She ended up following Becky. That girl was always one step ahead of her. "Hey," she said.
-
Becky jumped a bit, Christa surprised her. “Oh! This is some dude trying to sneak into the building, not much.” She explained, motioning to Greyson.
——
Greyson stood up and rubbed the back of his head, looking at both girls, “I wasn’t trying to sneak in...” -
"Sure you weren't," Christa said. " You just lost your way and somehow made your way down into the sewers. "
-
Nico slammed into the ground, the girl toppling over him. Before he could shove her off, she sprang up, her eyes apologetic.
"Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry!" she said. Nico sighed, getting off of the earthy floor. It was his turn to knock her to the ground, as a group came running by, looking for her. They ran past them.
"Thanks!" she whispered.
"You're welcome," Nico said, before smirking. "Now you owe me twice."
"That's outrageous," she said, but he didn't miss the amusement in her eyes. "Ugh. I hate owing people." -
Greyson groaned, “I snuck in because of a dare, okay?” He said, glaring at the two suspicious girls.
Becky gave a small laugh of disbelief, “Of course you did, now tell us what Cosmos is currently planning.” She said as she quickly pinned him up against a tree. -
Christa couldn't deny the possibility that he was sneaking in on a dare, but it didn't seem likely. Sh waited for his response. She knew what it was probably going to be.
-
“I swear, I have no clue who those people are!” He said, raising his arms up in defeat.
Becky let him go, she could tell if someone was lying. And he was either a really good liar, or a normal kid who had been dared to sneak into the building. -
Christa thought of a sort of test she had been taught when she was young to tell if people were lying or not basically, the person held their arm straight out to the side, and said what they had said before, and also had to keep their arm up while saying it. If you could push down their arm while they said it, they were lying. It takes more energy to lie than to tell the truth. "I'd like to do a test on him to make sure," she said. "It'll only take a few seconds."
-
Becky nodded and stepped aside, as Greyson lifted an eyebrow skeptically at her, “Really?”
Greyson groaned, “Fine, just hurry.” -
"Really," Christa said. "Now hold your arm straight out do the side, like this," she motioned, "and say why you're here."
-
Oh, gosh, now I’m trying it))
