(I think the most common punishment is whipping with a cat 'o nine tails, but the one I found most interesting was where they tie the pirate to the bottom of the ship, where his back is attacked by the sharp barnacles, and he drowns.)

The pirate was approached by Pete, who was sadistically grinning at him as he crept towards him. "Ah, Calias. I was wondering how long it would take."
Calias held his weapon at ready, when Petr was struck in the face with a boxing glove arrow. Felix gave Calias a thumbs up, which he returned before jumping on top of a crocodile.
It snapped at him, but he plunged his dagger into its head, before leaping to another one. One had begun to follow Quinn, his eyes never leaving her. -
(Where's Mister Crocodile? We need him!)

Hook threw a sword to Lorelei. "Let's finally finish that duel, Lorelei summers, or should I say, AMY SMITH!" Hook said yelling the original name of Lorelei.

Quinn noticed the crocodile following her and picked up a flat stone. “Boy, I’m probably going to regret this.” She thought quickly to herself before she chucked the rock at the reptile. The rock pinged off its scales but Quinn yet to see its reaction.

Katherine knew she should help, but she didn't know how. They were a bunch of kids the same age as her, maybe a little younger.

The crocodile snapped at her and crawled on shore. An arrow, a real arrow wizzed by, sinking into the crocodile's leg. It let out a snarl of pain.
Calias felt a sharp slash on his leg, but continued to help the kids in the boat.
Peter was knocked out cold. -
Lorelei was furious. She'd abandoned that name like he told her and she left with only one person knowing her original name. Lorelei let out a loud scream and charged at hook

Quinn tried to see who sent the arrow but didn’t have much time before she heard and smelled the rancid breathing of.....pirates! “Great, rocks won’t help me now.” She thought helplessly as she ran from them, her heart pounding. “Why did I leave that bow behind!” She screamed out loud as she ran.

Katherine saw that the pirate that had helped her was helping kids into a boat. She ran over to him.

The crocodiles had slithered away from the boat, and the kids quickly took up the oars and speedily rowed their way to shore.
The crocodile lunged at Quinn with open jaws, but Calias jumped on it, wrestling it away from her as he kept the jaws clamped. He buried his dagger in its head and the creature was still.
Mr. Crocodile crept towards Hook, his teeth snapping ominously.
