I don't know a plot. All I know is that this is an all human territory and a baby hybrid with magical powers appear and the government somehow find out and wants to create a weapon out of it.

That's normal. I'mma post a starting point. Zaalia is gonna be hidden in the woods,since that's were her parents were taking her, her father being human and her mother being ya know who.)
Zaalia wailed from her hiding spot inside a hole in a tree that was big enough for her,tears streaming down cheeks as she felt alone,cold,and afraid. The tip of her tail sparking a bit with white lightning due to her cries. -
Ink hummed cheerfully as he walked though the woods, before stoping and blinking when he heard crying. He looked around and tried to follow the cries. "Hello?

Zaalia let out soft whimpers as she curled up,her gaze looking outwards,soon seeing a person as her whimpers grew a bit louder.

Fun fact- this ink is based on my dnd druid by the same name, and the main reason he was a Chaotic dumb--- is because he has an intelligence of 8)
Ink soon found her and his eyes went wide in surprise "oh hi little one!" He said before frowning and looking around in confusion "why are you all alone out here?
