Soren skipped along, her head held high in the air. Her stomach growled and she looked around for anything good to eat.

Faith touched the hilt of her ocean sword and instantly felt calmer. She'd have to work on her own attitude before dealing with someone else's. "Nevermind. Let's just eat something."

Harper wasn't sure why they always fought. Maybe because she was so serious and they were so cheerful all the time. But they were demon hunters. They had to be serious, otherwise it meant their deaths.

Soren nodded. “I’ve been hungry since we got on the boat, but the captain was grumpy so I decided not to ask.” She said, chuckling as she remembered his sour face the whole ride.
