(Engle is my angry bean)
Engle got so annoyed with the campfire songs, that he shoved everyone out of the way, and ran into the woods -
Castor had pointed out the strange silvery thing to Adelaide, when he spotted Engle running straight to it.

“I told you he was stupid.” Adelaide huffed, as she observed him run off.

Alexis silently got up and went to her tree. The one she had been in earlier reading her book. Her absence seemed to be unnoticed.

The silvery mist started gliding over to Engle. The ominous shapes of hands began to protrude from it.

“Yeah, he’s gonna die.” Adelaide said, sitting back down and humming to herself.

"You seem surprisingly calm about it," Castor commented.

“It isn’t me, so why do I care?” Adelaide retorted in a spiteful manner.

Alexis let her mind wander. She only let herself let go from reality when she was alone. -

Castor wasn't sure how to respond to that. -
Adelaide groaned, “Fine, I’ll scream at him.” She said, turning towards Engle, “Watch out!”

Engle heard her and quickly rolled forward, the most missing him by inches

Suddenly, a loud foghorn like noise sounded, and a huge slimy creature the size of a building began emerging from the lake.
"Lovely. Because a ghost wasn't enough," Castor said. "Cthulu has to vacation here as well, huh?" -
“What’s that?” Adelaide asked, never had she heard of something with that name.
