"We know you're involved, so don't insult our intelligence by pretending you're not," he said.
"Oh fine," Mrs. Marlen said. "What do you want to know?" -
"Alright," Imogen said, " Why did you all want to kill Mr. Marlen? "

"What do you mean by all?" she said.

"You, Nina, and Hamilton," Imogen said. "We're not sure if Hannah or Susan are involved in this.

"Wanted to kill Mr. Marlen?" Lesley hiccuped, dabbing at her face with a handkerchief. "Oh no, no. I can't think why."

"And let's not forget your son, whose name "must have slipped your mind,"" Imogen said.

Mrs. Marlen's cheeks colored. "How did you-?"

"You're hiding something," Imogen said. "And I don't believe you answered my question.'
