Actually, gonna change age to having just turned 100. Very important age for an immortal.

Wait, if the city gives them immortality, then they're able to die from age when they fall off.
Also, is this kinda like the Highlander show where immortals only die if you take their head? -
Being born in aviemore means you can't die of old age, but you can die in normal ways like dying from illness.

It's ok and the reason they don't die from the fall is because they essentially have a shield from that but other than that they can easily die
