Mountainview high school is a prestigious high school situated in the mountainside of Scotland. It has state of the art facilities, and the best dorms of any school in the world.
However, for all the glowing reports of the school from outsiders...those who attend know the dark truth.
The school has many rumours. All of a supernatural and paranormal nature. Occasionally students go missing, and while they mostly come back not all students are so lucky.
The school covers up each and every incident, and most students can’t afford to leave.
C1 is a paranormal fanatic, they have thus far been unable to track down the entities at the centre of the rumour, until that is, they go to check the student council room for their misplaced laptop and find a group of supernatural entities discussing a culture festival.
C2 and C3 make up the inner council along with a mysterious member who does not show in person.
C4 is the creature that dwells on the 3rd floor’s west stair case.
C5 is the creature who dwells in the library
C6 is the creature who lives in the abandoned dorms.
( You may make a character who dwells in other areas. But only after all the mentioned characters are filled.)

Important info:
An entity is the strongest in their own domain.
Each domain has a pocket dimension.
E.g the student council room has a portal that leads to the spirit world.
The theatre opens up into an odd world, comprised of upside down amphitheatres.
Most entities can only be seen with their permission or, by someone with the sight.
C1 has the sight, and can see entities.
There are other entities not on the council.
Relics are weapons that allow the entity to use their powers far away from their domain, if they’re destroyed they must be repaired with death...who does not like to have to fix things.

Important to ment.
The council should not have a desire to kill students. Their rumours have to all simply involved students becoming displaced, or affected in a way that is not permanent. Sorry.

Age: 17 at time of death, died back when the school had just been founded in the old council,

Species: Ghost
Domain: student council room.
His domain opens up into a small white room that only has a skyscraper inside. He typically can be found at the top, which is an exact replica of the student council office but a throne where his chair once was.
Rumour: “ I heard a rumour that anyone who goes into the student council office at night are stolen away to help sort through files in the netherworld”
Abilities: His powers are tied in to manipulating he chart of rules on the wall. He can freeze people who run in place for example.
Relic: the chart of rules + his student council badge
Personality: The most mature of the council, he’s calm and collected. He has a tendency to act coldly, and is very reserved. He ha sopened up to only one person on how he died.
Appearances : messy black hair and dark brown eyes. He’s a tall ghost, capable of solidifying his appearance. He wears a white uniform, with a red stud the council badge.

Rumour: “ I heard a rumour that any student who performs alone in the theatre will be stolen away whenever they sleep to join a ghostly orchestra”
Abilities: mind control, dream manipulation, sleep manipulation.
Relic: A microphone
Personality: Bubbly, loud and flirty. She’s overly friendly, as well as kind. She’s over dramatic as well.
Appearances : her skin is light pink, and she has bat wings and a heart shaped tail. Her horns are curly, and she has inky black ribbon like tattoos around her arms, neck and legs. Presumably also her waist. She has white hair which is long and straight and red eyes. She has a student council badge on her left arm, yet hers is blue. Her outfit is blue and like a leotard, with a paper blue skirt. -
As stated in the plot, that character is not available.

I should have made that more clear.
