“Uh-” Brynn said through gritted teeth, the people inside would have to let them into their house if Brynn and Cameron wanted to get back home, “This isn’t good...”

The man stood up. "Can I help you?" he said.
"This is going to sound really strange, but we need to go through a secret tunnel of yours," Cameron said.
"Show the way," the man said graciously. "I'd like to see this secret tunnel." -
“Really? I thought we wouldn’t be allowed in here.” Brynn said, stepping a foot into the house. The whole thing seemed odd, who were they in the alternate universe? Or did they even exist at all? She decided to ask the man, “Do you know anyone named Yune, Cameron, Brynn, Ryan, or Amelia?”

The man shook his head. "I'm afraid I don't."

“So it might be a world without us...” Brynn said to her self, taking note of it in her mind, “That sucks, a world without Ryan and I would suck.”

"It's funny though. I know a Brian, a Cammie, a Yuna, a Rianne, and an Emily," the man said.
Cameron tried not to gape at him. -
“Brian? I’m sure my masculine name would be Ryan, even though my twin already has that name...”

"Cammie?" Cameron repeated. The man nodded.
"Yes, short for Camille." -
“What a name.” Brynn said, nudging Cameron. A small cat made its way down the stairs, it seemed oddly familiar.
“Whoopie!” Brynn cried out, the cat ran to her and leapt into her arms. Apparently, Whoopie was Whoopie no matter where he went. -
Cameron elbowed Brynn in the ribs at her comment. The man looked surprised. "He seems to like you quite a lot."

“He’s your cat?” Brynn asked, surely Whoopie wouldn’t be.

"Well yes," the woman said softly. "His name is Cushion. He loves cushions very much."

“Cushion? What kind of name is that?” Brynn asked, letting Whoopie roam around the house.

"To be fair, you did name him Whoopie," Cameron said. -
“Because that was when I was, what? Five or something?” She said, then realizing they should get back on topic, “Anyways, we need to find some tunnels and stuff underneath your house.”
