Azarath looked incredibly disturbed. "Preposterous! I do not like the way your land is ruled, then. Tell me, what do you like most about your fellow humans?"

"Erm . . . " Megan said, not knowing what to say. The things she was thinking of couldn't apply to all people. There was too much. Hate, despair, but also love and kindness. "Depends on the person," she simply said.

"Humans must be complex, in that case," Azarath said, with a triumphant look on his face. "I knew it. We centaurs are generally proud, determined, loyal, and, in my case, ambitious. Perhaps we are not complex as humans."
