“I didn’t mean to!” Harbor was quickly given another needle, and attempted to wave her wand again and turn it into another match.
-
"I just don't understand! The improbability factor was really high, you could have turned yourself into ten candlesticks by now," Oasis said.
-
“Ok?” Harbor replied with a dazzled look on her face. She quickly went back to trying to turn the new needle into a match.
-
When the class ended, they were ushered over to the greenhouses for Herbology with the Hufflepuff. Oasis looked at everything.
-
“Cool, herbs! I wonder what we’re doing today.” Harbor murmured to her fellow students as she examined and observed everything.
-
The Herbology teacher clapped his hands to get everyone's attention. "Now, today, we will be studying the Rippleback Corangula."
Oasis eyed the blue flower, which was swaying innocently. -
“Ooh!” Harbor exclaimed loudly as she watched the flower intently, “What does it do?”
-
"These flowers are extremely vicious," the teacher said. "If those tendrils latch onto your skin, you will be poisoned. Our job is to harvest this poison so that antidotes can be made. Now everyone, please put on a pair of gloves and choose a flower."
Oasis chose a pretty looking gradient indigo one. "If only we could keep them as pot plants." -
“No thanks. I’ll forget to water it.” Harbor said, pulling her hair back into a ponytail. She picked an especially odd looking on. It was purple with many light blue speckles.
-
Oasis reached a glass bottle out and forced the tendrils in, before tapping the bottom of the bottle. The tendrils latched on and the bottle began to fill with poison.
"Woah, that's a lot," Oasis commented. -
Harbor did the same, “Oh, wow!”
Sorry, I’m lazy :P)) -
Psh, it's fine))
Oasis heard someone scream. She found a girl with stringy blond hair as the source.
"It touched me! I'm dying!" she screeched. The teacher administered the antidote and the people around her snickered. -
Harbor laughed a bit. The whole thing seemed a bit funny, although she felt awfully bad for the girl.
-
The girl flushed, embarrassed at having overreacted. She returned quietly to her plant.
-
Harbor felt bad for laughing, “Are you okay?” She asked. Harbor didn’t want to hurt a students feelings on the very first day of class.
