Anubis looked at Nixie then back at the photos. "I'll know it's you." She said with a glum look before continuing to run around looking for new objects.

"Oh, Pete, thank God you're here. With groceries!" Beth perked up as she stuck her head out of the portal and spotted Pete. Twisting around, she bounded up to him to close the front door behind him. Better not let their normal neighbors see a giant open portal right in the middle of the house. "So, apparently, Nixie used up all our baking supplies to make cookies and Accalia just happened to raid the fridge, so really, you've got perfect timing."

Pete dropped the groceries, cracking several of the eggs on impact and creating a gooey mess on the floor. "I can't believe that giant portals in the middle of the house is my biggest concern with my roommates! Or even a concern at all!"

"I can make it smaller if that would help" Nixie chirped from the other side as her tail waved.

"I think it would,"Jenna said, looking at Pete, who looked exasperated, and was probably about to scream at them for going into a portal again.

"Oke!" Nixie chirped before the portal shrank so that it was just big enough for someone to get through. She also moved out to a wall instead of the middle of the room

Anubis sat observing Nixie in awe slightly jealous she could not do that. She pouted as she looked through her pictures

"Where does it even go?" Pete asked, growing increasingly concerned.

"It goes to Nixie's part of the void," Jenna said, "We're looking for some planes and bodies."

The bird looked around with a look of concern on his face. This was not what he had expected. He sat on a chair, critically staring at all who passed.

"The bodies probably came from Phen, i cant kill people" Nixie chirped helpfully as she started looking into the portal again. She paused and then panicked. "Oh f--- no" sje said and abruptly shut her portal

Jenna's head was still the only thing sticking out of the portal, so when she saw Nixie panicking, she knew it must be bad, because it rarely ever happened. She jumped out of the portal quick before it closed. It closed behind her."What is it, Nixie, you almost killed me."

"Sorry phen got into my part of the void again and i dont want her picking another fight with Pharaoh if she gets through to them" Nixie said quickly

"The fights must be pretty bad, then," Jenna said. She sat on a nearby chair, crossing her leg over the other.
